Returns and Refunds
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're here to make it right.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible, along with proof of purchase.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or if you simply decide you no longer want the product after it has been delivered.
If you believe your item is faulty or was damaged during transit, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed as quickly as possible, though it may take 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider and bank.
